Things to Remember:

Keep that bag ORGANIZED!

Keeping your wits about you at recital time sometimes seems easier said than done!  Keeping your dance bag prepared for unexpected problems will relieve your mind knowing you have got "it" covered no matter what "it" turns out to be. A simple cosmetic bag filled with the necessary tools will come to your aid when you least expect it. Most items are kept in stock at the store for your convenience.

Here is a list of some things you might want to keep on hand in your bag...
Dancers Emergency Kit: 

• nailclippers, neosporin, Nu-skin, Bandaids, tape, Ace bandage, pain reliever, foot balm, tissue, small towel
• Stitch kit, small scissors, SAFETY PINS!
• Notebook & pen (are you suppose to be taking choreography notes?)
• 2 pair of TIGHTS (should yours run or your best friend)
• Bottled water/healthy protein snacks (sunfower seeds, nuts,etc.)
• Mesh Bag for your POINTE SHOES (Are you airing yours out nightly?)
• Sticky strips (to hold anything & everything in place)
• EYELASHES, Dancers Makeup -kit, barrier spray (a must under hot stage lights!)
• Foot roller, tennis ball, exercise band. (for cramps and stretching)
• Studio SLIPPERS (save your tights!)
• Leg warmers, sweater/SHRUG, warm socks. (Keep your muscles warm while waiting)
• KNOT KEEPERS! (I know a teacher who charged her girls $1 if their ribbons weren't neat)
• Hairpins, bobby pins(yes there is a difference) hair nets, coated elastics, HAIRSPRAY!
• Lambs wool, Rosin, Ouch pouches, toe tape, Etc...
