The spirit & talent of the famous Ballerina "Margot Fonteyn" inspired us to create "The Magic of Dance" in a beautiful dance boutique. Our enthusiasm for all things beautiful & the great need for a store in our area led to the success of the business. Our pretty, "PINK" shop is located in historic downtown Woodstock , in an old charming house filled with antique displays and chandeliers, giving it a beautiful Victorian feel. Margot's Closet specializes in the latest fashions and shoes for all kinds of dance, including gymnastics, and all the accessories!  We're a family-owned-and-operated store with a very large inventory and competitive, fair pricing. We carefully select all our merchandise & can attest to the wear & washabilty of the fabrics from our vendors.  Our unique, beautiful store also welcomes custom orders, teacher & group discounts and provides nationwide shipping for your convenience. We're a member of the Cherokee County Chamber of Commerce, and our friendly, knowledgeable staff will do their best to help you find exactly what you're looking for.  If we don't have it we will be happy to try to get it for you.  We can usually have items within a week providing the stock is there.

Finally!  Dancers in the North Georgia area no longer have to make the long drive for quality dancewear & shoes.  We are conveniently located on Main Street in Downtown Woodstock and we have excellent parking too!  Customer service is very important to us.  Please let us know how we are doing by giving us your feedback.

Thanks to all of our customers for making our store such a success it's first year.  We couldn't have done it without you!  We will be adding many new product lines this year to accomodate everyone's needs.

Gift wrapping is free at Margot's.  Your gift will be beautifully wrapped in PINK tulle & tissue paper.  Our exquisite pink gift certificates are wrapped in tulle as well.  Great idea for that special teacher on your list!  Maybe she has even filled out a WISH list.  We invite all our dancer's to fill out wish lists for their birthdays or special holidays.  Ask one of our staff for assistance the next time you come by to shop.
