Interest in Ballroom dancing has exploded this year thanks to Realty TV!  We are continually adding new styles to our growing Ballroom selection.  We stock many of the most popular styles for men & women keeping in mind that beginner dancers don’t want to invest alot of money into something they are not sure they will continue doing.  We also have some beautiful selections for the more advanced dancer and welcome special orders which can usually arrive in about 10 days, providing they are in stock at the manufacturer.  Order in a group of 6 or more and receive 20% off.

From Canton Area – Directions begin at Exit 19 off Hwy 575

1. South on 575
2. Take exit 16B (Roswell/Canton/Hwy 140)
3. Left at bottom of ramp onto Hwy 140 headed E toward Roswell
4. Cross railroad tracks and continue up hill and go approx 5.3 miles to E Cherokee Dr – Publix will be on your left corner in front of you.
5. Left onto E. Cherokee Dr – continue .1 miles and go right onto Lower Union Hill Road
6. Travel 2.8 miles to stop sign, continue straight another .3 miles. Take a right onto Union Hill Road (Citgo service station on your left)
7. Travel 1.1 miles and take a right onto A. J. Land Road (white church on corner).
8. Take an immediate left into the community center.  Center sits off the road behind the church – center is easy to see, but you might miss the drive if not careful.

From Woodstock – head North on Hwy 5 (Canton Highway) to East Cherokee Drive (new Publix is on your left at that intersection) – approximately 3.6 miles from intersection of Hwy 92 and Hwy 5.

1. Go right onto E. Cherokee Drive
2. Continue 5.9 miles to intersection of Hwy 140 and E. Cherokee.  Cross over Hwy 140 (Publix will be on your right) and travel .1 mile from intersection
3. go right onto Lower Union Hill Road
4. Travel 2.8 miles to stop sign, continue straight another .3 miles. Take a right onto Union Hill Road (Citgo service station on your left)
5. Travel 1.1 miles and take a right onto A. J. Land Road (white church on corner).

From Alpharetta/Roswell – starting at Alpharetta Highway and Holcomb Bridge Rd intersection

• Head North on Alphretta Hwy (Hwy 9)
• Left onto Manswell Road (Starbucks is on corner ahead of you)
• Right onto Houze Road
• Continue straight.  At Crabapple and Houze Rd intersection – name of road changes to Arnold Mill (Hwy 140)– stay straight. 
• Continue approx 7 minutes. Cross Chadwicks Bridge  - there will be a left turn lane for 140 continues as you vere to the right.
• Follow Hwy 140 into Cherokee County until you see a Publix Center on your right.  Light after Center is E. Cherokee – go right.  (you have traveled approx 5 miles or so from Arnold Mill split to E. Cherokee Drive)
• Once on E. Cherokee Dr – continue .1 miles and go right onto Lower Union Hill Road

INSTRUCTOR: Michael Chase (Mike) is a 2004 UCWDC World's Dance Champion and currently competes in the Classic III Division. He won the 2004 Peach State Swing Championship (Georgia Championship) and the 2003 Christmas in Dixie Championship (Alabama Championship). He is a member of the 'Swing Shift', Atlanta's West Coast Swing competition dance team, which won the 2004 Dallas Dance Championship (Texas), the 2004 Michigan Swing Championship and was the Runner-Up at the 2004 UCWDC World's Team Championships.

INSTRUCTOR: Kari Carter began dancing at age seven and has extensive
training in Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Pointe and Lyrical. Kari is the Founder
and Artistic Director of PHWD Dance Studio. She currently competes in the
Classic III Division in the UCWDC. Founded in 1994, PHWD is now home to
a faculty of 14 instructors who train over 350 dancers in virtually every
form of dance. Kari is a guest instructor for various schools, studios,
workshops and training programs throughout metro Atlanta.
