Store  policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  But should you need to return an item we ask that you follow these simple instructions.  All returns will be issued store credit only.  A receipt dated within 30 days must accompany your return. 

No receipt, no return.  Special orders cannot be returned once the order has been placed.  Shoes must be in their original box and show no signs of wear & tear.  A $5.00 restocking fee will be added for missing shoe box.  All clothing must be returned in it's original condition (no snags,tears, etc.) with tags attached unless you were issued a gift receipt.  These items cannot be returned for any reason:  AMB sheer tops, jewelry, wigs, gloves, toe pads, make-up, tights or under garments.  Gift items that are broken will not be accepted.  Pointe shoes cannot be returned once the ribbons are sewn on or they have been used.  Clearance items marked 30 % off or higher are final sale.  Consignment Items are not returnable. We regret that we have had to resort to such strict return policies and hope that you understand.
